Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returns are welcome when;

Your item is in its original condition.

You return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

You received the item as a gift, the buyer can ask for an exchange only; credit or refund cannot be issued.

 

How to return an Item.

1. Email to info@xoma.com.au to obtain a Refund Tracking Code

2. Mail your returned item with a letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt to:

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges

No problem, you can change your mind. If your item is in its original condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour. Before completing your purchase, make sure that you are happy with the item/s in your shopping list, as we do not refund return shipping cost (warranty items excluded).

 

Warranty:

Xoma guarantees each piece of jewellery sold for 12 months from the date of purchase.

All defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This does not cover continuous wear damage, accidents or otherwise. Some of our items are exclusive and cannot be replaced. Such items will be repaired, or in the event that this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged via PayPal when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your payment will be refunded.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. Allow 2-6 business days for your delivery.

 

Shipping Rates

We have a flat rate of AU$6.00 for deliveries Australia wide.

With purchases over AU$100.00 your delivery is free of charge.

 

Delivery

We use Australian Post to deliver all our orders.

At Xoma we take your privacy very seriously. We collect the information provided when you register for an account, when you use certain products or services, when you visit our shop, and when you enter promotions.

Xoma automatically receives and records information from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.

Xoma uses this information to customize the content you see; to fulfill your requests for certain products and services; and to contact you about specials and new products. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please leave in blank the option to receive our newsletter.

Your information will be used only to fill your order. One of our strong commitments is to always protect our costumers; we do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

 

All your Credit Card Information is collected directly by PayPal, not by us. We do not hold any of this information in our records.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a SSL before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not access / retain your Credit Card data.
